When you subscribe with Shilé, you’ll receive automatic, recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you choose (e.g. monthly, every 2 months, etc.). Your payment information is stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each scheduled shipment unless you cancel or modify your subscription.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of the current term. If you do not wish to renew, please cancel in advance.
You may cancel, pause, or change your subscription at any time prior to the next scheduled shipment.
To manage your subscription, use the link in your order confirmation email or log in to your account dashboard.
If you miss the cutoff time for cancellation or changes (e.g. 24–48 hours before the next shipment), the current order may still process.
After cancellation, you will not be charged for future cycles, but you will receive the shipment already processed (if it’s beyond the cutoff).
Returns and refunds for subscription orders are governed by our Refund Policy (linked separately).
Cancellation of your subscription does not automatically generate a refund for charges already processed.
If you believe a refund is warranted (e.g. defective product), contact our support team promptly to review your case.
We may adjust prices or shipping fees for future subscription orders.
If a price change is coming, we’ll notify you in advance (e.g. 30 days) so you can decide whether to continue the subscription.
If you do not cancel before the change goes into effect, your subscription will continue at the new pricing.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription at any time, including for failed payments, suspected fraud, or breach of terms.
If we cancel your subscription proactively, we’ll notify you in advance and provide any owed refunds as required by law.
We will send you emails relating to upcoming charges, shipment notifications, subscription changes, and policy updates.
You agree to keep your account information (email, billing address, payment method) up to date to receive these communications.
